We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in its original packaging, including protective boxes and pouches.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization reasons:

• Customized or personalized orders.
• Final clearance or sale items.
• Earrings (due to hygienic standards, unless defective upon arrival).

4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, we will cover full return shipping costs or arrange a free replacement immediately.
• Customer Preference Returns: If you wish to return an item due to change of mind or personal size choice, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping postage.

6. Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
